Longboarding at Baylor
I went to Baylor University in the 1980s, graduating in 1987. For most of my years there I skated a lot. Waco was a great place to skate. We had a vert ramp a few blocks from campus, there were great ditches to skate all over town, and campus was great for street skating.
I returned to campus last night for Homecoming 2009, and within a couple of hours I saw at least 5 longboarders on campus, which stoked me to no end. Kept wishing I had one of my boards and proper shoes to skate with these current students for a few minutes.
Not much else to add. It was just cool.

Haha.. that was probably me. I longboard all around campus. There is a waco longboarding club now. A lot of my friends ride to and we hit up the 2nd street garage a lot. Next time your in town grab a board and let the waco longboard club know your coming via the web site! should be fun!
