freeride en el escorial
Monday, February 22nd, 2010I love this pic. First, this guy is just so contorted and low. Great style. And the background is nice too. Excellent image.

John Huston, winning the Capitola Classic Downhill Race in 1980. In case you have ever wondered who invented the tuck that all the downhill guys use now, well, this is the Hut Tuck. John used to win a lot of races. Click through, and check more of Judi Oyama’s excellent pics from that race!
Wish I was still flexible enough to contort myself around a turn like this guy. Excellent picture!

A cool shot found on flickr.com . I loves me some flickr.
Still yet another great shot from flickr.com. Awesomeness.
What a killer shot. Not sure how they processed this pic, but it sure does look good. Click through to the larger sized images to see it in all its glory.
Saw this shot on Flickr today. Check out the larger size image. I love the colors in this shot, the low point of view, and the blur of the wheels. Those 80mm Kryptos are rad wheels. Wish Krypto would start making such wheels again.
Here are a few pics I took a couple of years ago, of my friend Chris riding my Loaded Vanguard on a mellow hill in Plano. I just rediscovered these pics, which I kind of like. I think we both had the same reaction to the Vanguard. It feels really weird when you first get on and start pushing, but once you are rolling fast it sort of come alive and really is a nice board. This is the stock setup, with R-II 180s and ABEC-11 Gumballs.
