Here are some tricks I filmed one evening shortly after I moved back home to the Dallas area, from Austin. I used to go skate in this parking lot behind a grocery store nearly every night. It was a good spot. Lots of fun. These are a couple of carving/walking type tricks and a footplant nose grab up a curb.

Here’s one of the old trick videos – a 1-footed 900 spin, done on a 42″ Mini-Carve. When the weather is better, I’m going to try to get a 1-footed 1260 on video. Easy on a shortboard, not so easy on a longboard.

Here’s a video from my old website, Bob’s Trick Tips. It’s a 360 board walk. My wife filmed this for me at St. Edwards University, where she was shooting footage of me and Jack Newkirk riding around. I’m going to try to film a better version soon – bigger and higher quality. This trick was done on a Gravity Mini-Carve. I believe this trick is sometimes called a 360 spinner — very oldschool surf talk, I think.
